OSCAR Programme Assistants (Casual) – Tauranga

Brilliant OSCAR Programme Assistants needed to help in our children’s out of school care programme at School’s Out Pyes Pa and School’s Out Tauranga.

There are casual positions available which may become permanent part-time for the right applicants.

Operating hours are approx. 2.30pm – 6pm Monday-Friday during school term time. Possibility of longer hours Monday – Friday during school holidays at School’s Out Tauranga.
We are looking for reliable, mature, fun loving people who are “full of life” active, and able to show initiative. Lots of energy and laughter essential! Must be motivated, willing to learn, and enjoy working with children. On the job training will be provided. Opportunities to achieve a National Certificate in Recreation and Sport (OSCAR) Level 3 are available on the job.

All our staff are police vetted upon employment. This is a Core Worker role under the Vulnerable Children’s Act.

Brilliant OSCAR Programme Assistants needed to help in our children’s out of school care programme at School’s Out Lakeside, the Domain in central Taupo.

There are casual positions available which may become permanent part-time for the right applicants.

Operating hours are approx. 2.30pm – 6pm Monday-Friday during school term time. Possibility of full time Monday – Friday during school holidays.
We are looking for reliable, mature, fun loving people who are “full of life” active, and able to show initiative. Lots of energy and laughter essential! Must be motivated, willing to learn, and enjoy working with children. On the job training will be provided. Opportunities to achieve a National Certificate in Recreation and Sport (OSCAR) Level 3 are available on the job.

Full drivers licence essential (preferably able to drive a manual vehicle), as well as the confidence to drive a van full of children, as an important part of the role is picking up children from school in our company van and taking them to the centre.
