Welcome to School’s Out Nelson Park which operates out of the Nelson Park School hall. We first opened our doors in 2011, and have been taking care of children ever since. Our wonderful team are known for their enthusiasm and rapport with the children.
We offer a Before & After School care as well as a full fun-filled, action-packed Holiday programme.
Our programme is licenced to care for children aged from
5 to 13 years old.
We provide a stimulating, safe environment, in addition to a wide variety of fun activities.
Children are treated with respect, love and understanding. We have created, positive relationships with children & their parents/caregivers and value our ‘family atmosphere’.
Before & After School
We provide a safe secure environment with a wide range of activities to enable all children the opportunity to engage in safe play, sports, arts & crafts, and more.
A nourishing afternoon tea is provided daily.
Holiday Programmes
Children look forward to our holiday programme as it offers something for everyone. Our fun trip days outside of the centre provide an opportunity for children to get out of the classroom , learn from new experiences and make new friends.
We also plan relaxing days at the centre for some much needed rest and relaxation.
Schools we Service
The majority of our children attend Nelson Park School.
We also provide pick up and drop off services to Te Awa Primary, St Patricks School, Marewa Primary, Maraenui, Henry Hill, Napier Central School, Napier Intermediate and Richmond School.
WINZ Subsidies and Discounts
School’s Out Nelson Park is MSD approved, allowing many families to be eligible for OSCAR subsidies.
We also offer sibling discounts for 2 or more children.
